Chippa United have confirmed the return of Bafana Bafana head of analyst Sinesipho Mali to the club.
Mali previously worked at the club as a performance analyst and was recently with Sekhukhune United.

He returns to Chippa as Sporting Director, where, according to the club, he brings both academic rigour and practical experience to the role.
"He served in key technical roles at Kaizer Chiefs as an analyst and later at Sekhukhune United FC, where he operated as both analyst and head of recruitment – helping guide the club to its highest ever points tally in the 2024/25 Betway Premiership.
"With Mali’s return, we are investing in leadership that not only understands the game but also the unique context of our region – ensuring alignment across recruitment, development, and performance, while driving purpose-led progress for the club and province," reads the club statement.
Mali will remain as Bafana’s head of analyst.
His last club job lasted from September 2024 to May 2025 at Sekhukhune.

The 32-year-old also worked at Kaizer Chiefs and has been part of Banyana Banyana and the national U23 squad.
Chippa will have Sinethemba Badela as their head coach for the 2025/26 season.
