Arjen Robben says Bayern Munich must be wary of Barcelona

The UEFA Champions League favourites were outdone by a master-class display at the Allianz Arena as Thomas Muller’s brace, and further goals from Mario Gomez and Robben, gave the Germans the advantage heading into the second leg of the semifinal.

The Dutch winger warns that if any team can come back from such a deficit it is Barca, but also adds that they now have a great chance of featuring the Final at Wembley.

“We knew we were able to give them good competition; I think everybody said before it was a 50-50 game,” Robben told ITV.

“We can be very proud. This team [Barcelona] has dominated Europe over the last five years and if you beat them like this in such terrific way I think you can be proud.

“But on the other hand, let's be quiet, enjoy this evening, but not anymore, because there's still the second game to play and we have to be ready. Let’s stay concentrated, not talk too much and just play our football.”
