Amid the controversy around Jadon Sancho and Antony, Manchester United have now reportedly cast their eye on a potential £51 million (R1.2 billion) replacement.
Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag sees Bayern Munich's Serge Gnabry as someone who would be a "valuable addition" to his side and an attractive option for their front line, according to Fichajes.

With Gnabry's contract at the Bundesliga side set to expire in 2026, it is believed Bayern are willing to cash in on him now while they still can if their valuation of £51 million is met.
The winger came up through the ranks at Arsenal before securing a move to Germany, joining Werder Bremen in 2016. A year later, he signed for the Bavarians and has since made 221 appearances for them, collecting 81 goals and 51 assists in the process.
United's reported interest in acquiring a new wide forward comes amid the media storms currently surrounding Sancho and Antony.

The England international is believed to be in hot water with Ten Hag after taking to social media to deflect criticism of his attitude in training recently made by his manager, with it reported that he wants out of Old Trafford following an unproductive meeting with the Dutchman on Monday.
As for Antony, the Brazilian, who joined the club at the start of last season from Ajax Amsterdam, has been accused of domestic abuse by his ex-girlfriend, and has agreed with United to delay his return to the club as he remains in Brazil while investigations continue.

It is believed United could face strong competition for Gnabry's signature, but the Red Devils are reportedly willing to make a "significant effort" to secure his arrival as soon as the next transfer window in January.
