The Blues host their La Liga counterparts at Stamford Bridge in the final round of Group C fixtures, where Chelsea need only a draw to qualify for the last-16.
And with Griezmann having seemingly come out of an early-season slump to regain his best form, Conte admits the forward could pose his defenders plenty of problems.
"Three games ago, there was a Griezmann problem because he didn't score. Now he's scoring,” said the Chelsea boss.
"Griezmann is a top player, a fantastic player, playing in a great team and showing he is a top player. We must pay great attention not only to him but to all the players."
