Pyramids head into this encounter full of confidence following their 2-0 win over Petrojet SC in the Egyptian Premier League on Saturday. A win that bolstered their chances to win their domestic league title.

On the other hand, fresh from clinching their eighth consecutive Premier Soccer League title on Sunday, Downs are aiming to make use of the home-ground advantage against the Egyptian side.

Although Jurcic is aware of the danger the South African giants possess, the Croatian coach believes Pyramids have what it takes to cause an upset.

"We identified our opponent's strengths and weaknesses," Jurcic told Mobtada.com.
