Pitso's 'condition' for taking up next job revealed

It is now reported that coach Pitso Mosimane has only one condition for taking up a new job, amid links with Zamalek SC.

It has been six months since Mosimane left Esteghlal FC in Iran.

The South African tactician has been linked with a return to coaching in Africa, three years after his last role on the continent with Al Ahly.

Mosimane is reported to have attracted the interest of his former rivals, Zamalek.

Zamalek are believed to still be searching for a new permanent head coach following the departure of Portuguese mentor Jose Peseiro in May.

Reports from Egypt suggest that Mosimane is a strong contender to take over at the club.

According to Zamalek Today, the idea of coaching Zamalek has already been proposed to Mosimane by various intermediaries, although discussions were informal and unofficial.

The publication claims that a source revealed Mosimane is open to managing various teams, as long as his terms are sufficiently met.

"In any case, Mosimane has no objection to coaching any team, as long as a suitable agreement is reached between him and the club’s management," said the reported source.

The last time Mosimane coached in Egypt, he oversaw 102 matches, securing 65 victories, 26 draws, and 11 defeats.

He also guided Al Ahly to back-to-back titles in both the CAF Champions League and the CAF Super Cup.
