Although most footballers like their sneakers, there is a difference in levels when it comes to collections. Some of them have 5-10 pairs of shoes from the most luxurious brands while others have more than 20 pairs of kicks.
Last week we showed off Andile Mpisane's flashy new Neon Pink sneakers that are worth $1 095 (R16 248) according to Poshmark. This was nothing new for the trendsetter and is definitely one of the most expensive shoes in South Africa.
But how does this compare to Kekana's Gucci Rhyton GG sneakers which are reportedly worth R10k? The Mamelodi Sundowns baller is known for his drip and this brown shoe is saucy.

The official website describes the defender's shoe as being, "Inspired by the retro logo trend, the Rhyton sneaker is presented in a playful mix of monogram fabrics. The vintage feel is enhanced by the shoe's reflective trim and its oversize, chunky sole."
The Royal AM chairman is very active on social media which is why he has an Instagram with 336k followers while Kekana is someone who hardly posts pictures but still has a modest has 12.1k followers.
