SuperSport United bagged the bragging rights in the Tshwane Derby after defeating Mamelodi Sundowns 3-2 on Saturday afternoon.
SuperSport coach Roscoe Krieling was able to call on first-team players Donay Jansen and Jabu Matsio.
Matsatsantsa got the game up and running on 14 minutes after Tumelo Machete scored from the penalty spot.
Sundowns were able to get back on level terms in the 36th minute with Oarabile Booysen firing home from close range.
The second half belonged to SuperSport as substitute Thabang Makubo bagged a brace to seal the win, while Tshiamo Masisi netted the Brazilians' second goal.
