The Burundian has had a mix of unresolved issues at the Iranian club since arriving at the end of October.

He hasn't played any football this year having only made five appearances since signing.

At the centre of his issues is non-payment of salaries plus questions around his fitness which contributed to his failure to play any game from start to finish.

This latest episode comes after similar issues in Libya where he signed for Al Ahli Benghazi but never played due to an injury picked while on national duty just days after signing for the club.

The 27-year-old then told this website that he paid for his operation on condition of that his contract will then be terminated.
