Maselaelo Seanego has signed a two-year contract with Zambian outfit Forrest Rangers after being recommended to the club by local football scout Rex Chanda.
'Shakes', as he is affectionately known, might need to wait until next season to make his debut after he returned home whilst his work permit is being sorted out.
However, the 27-year-old remains hopeful that he will be back in Ndola soon, before the 2020/21 season comes to an end with only three games remaining.
"Yeah brother, I am back in the country [South Africa] as I had to return while the club is still busy sorting out my work permit," Seanego tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"I had to get my police clearance [with fingerprints] to send them for my work permit to be processed."
Rangers are currently ninth on the Zambia Super League table, with 43 points from 31 matches - trailing giants ZESCO United by 18 points.
They are set to wrap up the campaign by June 27.
