Bafana regained control and in pure stunning fashion doubled their lead on 60 minutes after Yusuf Maart curled a right-footed shot in off the top-hand post, giving Siluane no chance.
The host almost clinched a third after nine minutes courtesy of a first-time volley from a tight angle by Saleng, but he went wide following a nice layoff by Mkhulise.
It was just a matter of time though as Bafana eventually nabbed a third albeit from the penalty spot inside the last 20 minutes through Letsoalo after he down under a challenge from Mapangane.
Further attempts subsequently for a fourth appeared, but three unanswered goals were enough to allow Bafana to go on and meet Senegal in the final on Sunday.
