Defender Tshepo Gumede has resurfaced at Cape Town City in the hope of securing a contract with the club.
The 28-year-old is currently a free agent after parting ways with AmaZulu in December.
The former Orlando Pirates defender was earlier linked with a move to Black Leopards to re-unite with his former coach Cavin Johnson.

However, it has since emerged that the Citizens are preparing to bring him back to the club this season.
An official at City has confirmed Gumede's presence at their training base in Cape Town, where he was also pictured during their media day earlier this week.
