The PSL is planning to charge Stellenbosch FC for allowing spectators to watch their match against Swallows FC.
In a unique situation, supporters were seen sitting on camping chairs on the hill outside the stadium while not wearing masks.
Stellies played their first top division match at the venue against Swallows FC on 25 October, drawing 1-1 with the DStv Premiership newcomers.

Last season the Western Cape-based side were not allowed to use the stadium as their home ground as it did not comply with the requirements of the PSL.
Although it has now been renovated and has been hosting Premiership games, due to Covid-19 regulations spectators and the media are not allowed to attend matches.
Some fans were seen watching the match from the natural basin of the Danie Craven Stadium surroundings, with security allowing them to continue.

"I will look at it then we'll charge them," PSL chief operating officer Ronnie Schloss tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"No no no, I will have a look at the television coverage. I will sort that out. We'll look at it. That's nonsense [allowing fans to congregate]."
Schloss also confirmed that Danie Craven Stadium will be used as an official venue once supporters are allowed back inside again.
"Yes, we will use the stadium," he adds. "Once we have all the stadiums re-opened, Stellenbosch's stadium will be opened."
