Klose, 36, netted in Germany's 2-2 draw with Ghana to better compatriot Gerd Muller's mark and move level with Brazil icon Ronaldo as the tournament's joint-top scorer.
Klose is contracted to Lazio until next year, with Lotito hopeful the player will end his playing days with the Serie A club.
"How many millions was Klose’s goal worth? He is not for sale! It would be practical for him to continue the sport here in Rome. Klose can become the most prolific striker of all time,” Lotito told Radio 2.
"Everyone said that I was wrong to renew his contract and the facts are proving the contrary.
