According to Keegan Wasserfall of SSG, the Madagascan's ban by FIFA will end next week.
"It ends on the 6th of June," Wasserfall tells snl24.com/kickoff.
Wasserfall says the fact there has not been any football played during the player's ban due to the coronavirus does not affect his sentence.
"No, it doesn't matter. He's available, he served his ban. Obviously in the first place he shouldn't have been banned, that's the thing," he says.
"Obviously Chiefs are dealing with that whole case now so I'm not going to say anything as they are dealing with the appeal. But ja, he shouldn't have been banned in the first place."
Wasserfall insist the Soweto giants did nothing wrong in the signing of Dax "because they cleared and they gave him a provisional clearance in the first place to play".
The agent says he is happy his client will now be able to finish the 2019/20 season with Black Leopards.
"Ja of course we are happy that he's going to be able to play football when we resume. We don't know when but same as all the players he's just happy that they get to finish the season."
Asked if the player has been receiving his full salary from Lidoda Duvha despite not contributing anything in the last four months, he was cagey.
"No, I'm not going to comment on that. Obviously we have an agreement with the club in terms of what we did there. But that's a matter between Dax and the club," Wasserfall says.
"I'm not going to talk about his salary and what he was paid and all of that. But he is still very much a Black Leopards player."
Wasserfall says the Madagascar international has put the disappointment of having to be released by Chiefs behind him.
"Look, at the end of the day things happen in football you know, teams make decisions, but he's a good player. He's good professional so you are still going to see the best of him at Black Leopards."
