'We have to score 6 goals' - Ouaddou critical of Bucs

Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou was not pleased with how his side finished the game against Chippa United on Sunday afternoon.

Pirates displayed a dominant performance from the start and headed to the break two goals to the good through Patrick Maswanganyi and Deon Hotto.

Tshepang Moremi came off the bench in the second half and put the icing on the cake to open his account for the club having joined in the off-season, howeve the coach wanted more goals.

“I’m happy about the performance of the boys, we wanted to come here to take the three points, it was crucial for us when you look the result yesterday it was very important. I said that before the game,” Ouaddou told SuperSport TV.

“But we have to understand that we have to give thanks to the fans but I’m not somebody who like to enjoy like that, I like goals. If we can put five, six goals we have to put six goals. So, congratulations to my boys but in the last 20 minutes. I don’t like to sterile possession, I want go forward.

The Pirates also spoke of the importance of securing three straight league wins going into the international break.

"I think it was very important win before the break but at the same time to stay closer to our rivals and to be at the top of the league table. We have some ambitions with the club so it was very important to come and grab nine points before the break."
