Miguel Timm, whose name will reverberate around Orlando Stadium no more, is understood to be edging closer to finalising a deal with a new club following his exit from Orlando Pirates.
The Soweto giants confirmed on Thursday morning that Timm has been allowed to leave ahead of his contract's expiry at the end of June.

The industrious midfielder is now believed to be edging closer to a move across Johannesburg to join Bedfordview-based Sekhukhune United.
A possible one-year deal and an option to extend has been tabled, according to insiders.
If he joins, the former Marumo Gallants man will be following in the footsteps of Thabang Monare and Linda Mntambo, who also came from The Buccaneers to link up with Babina Noko.
The two teams have enjoyed a relatively positive working relationship over the years, with Katelgo Otladiso also linking up with Sekhukhune on loan earlier this season.

The side finished in third place this season, narrowly missing out on a return to continental football.
Meanwhile, yet more departures are expected at Pirates with several more players out of contract in just over 30 days.
