Newly-appointed Orlando Pirates captain Nkosinathi Sibisi has revealed the one signing that has surprised him during the Buccaneers' pre-season camp.
The Soweto giants are just a day away from kick-starting their 25/26 season with a quarter-final clash against Polokwane City on Saturday.
Pirates have spent the last two weeks introducing and integrating their nine new signings into the squad, which will also be led by new head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.

Among those signings is Yanela Mbuthuma, who was signed from Richards Bay, and according to Sibisi, the speedy attacker has been a surprise package.
"They [new signings] are quality players; I can’t pick anyone. I think they’ve proven it from their respective clubs they’re coming from,” Sibisi told journalists at the launch of the MTN8 on Wednesday.
"We all know their talent, to name a few, Sipho Mbule and Oswin Appollis, we know him from Bafana Bafana.
"Maybe I was quite surprised with Mbuthuma, he’s a good striker, but as I’ve said, even players like [Tshepang] Moremi are also putting up their hands."
