'We know Stellies will borrow fans somewhere'

In this edition of Supporters Forum, Orlando Pirates prominent supporter Phillip Jwara believes Saturday's final will be won from the stands.

Ezimnyama Ngenkani takes on the hard-to-defeat Stellenbosch FC in what is going to be a tough MTN8 Cup final at Moses Mabhida Stadium.

There is no clear favorite in this encounter, as the Soweto giants always find it hard to win against the stubborn Steve Barker-coached club.

"It's going to be tough on Saturday since we will be looking to win this trophy for the third time in a row," Jwara tells KickOff.

"For the coach's plan to succeed on Saturday, it will need to be assisted by us as Orlando Pirates supporters, our boys will need us as their 12th player.

"Yes, we know Stellies are a very, very stubborn team, and they have beaten us in a cup game before, of which we are lucky to meet them in a final.

"It's time we remove this club from our pocket, we have never beaten them in all our games away in Cape Town so far.

"Our games in Cape Town they have all ended in draws. As supporters we have taken note that this club doesn't respect Pirates.

"The fact that that they won last season's Carling Knockout means we now going to play against a team that knows how to win a cup final.
