Despite plucking Marumo Gallants out of murky waters, new Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou remains relatively unknown in the PSL, and now word has come through on his leadership style.
Ouaddou was a surprise appointment by Pirates at the beginning of the week, as he has officially replaced celebrated gaffer Jose Riveiro.

The former AS Vita mentor, however, had the attention of the country after he masterminded a 2-0 win over Bucs in only his first game on the bench.
Ndlovu, whose arrival at the Bloemfontein-based outfit almost coincided with that of Ouaddou, has opened up on his personality and what his new charges can expect.
"Look, he's like a brother, he's a well-spoken guy, he speaks his mind. He doesn't like to keep information from his players," Ndlovu told KickOff.com in an exclusive interview.
"If a player doesn't pull up his socks in training, he will address him in front of everyone. He will call him in front of everyone.
"It doesn't matter if it's Dino, it doesn't matter who that player is, he does not buy face, you know. He's one guy, if you follow his methods, what he presents on the pitch, the player will always play - it doesn't matter the name. That's his personality. He puts hard work before the name.
