VUT coach Stanford Nkoane warns Pitso Mosimane and Mamelodi Sundowns

Vaal University of Technology caused one of the major upsets of the tournament when they booted out Golden Arrows in the last 32 a few weeks ago.

The SAB League team's credentials as a giant-killer will be tested severely on Sunday when they visit The Brazilians, who have made history against lower league opposition such as Powerlines before.

Nkoana is ready to write his name and that of VUT into the history of local football.

"Sometimes a woman when she is pregnant she prays that she gets a baby girl or a boy," Nkoane's metaphor started, beaming with confidence.

"When she gets a baby boy and it becomes a tsotsi and then kills people, she regrets it. 'I should not have [have given birth] to the child.'

"If he [Mosimane] was joking that he wanted Amavarara or VUT, he got VUT. We will see on Sunday at 16h45 if he will regret or celebrate. But anything is possible."

Sundowns are set to miss the services of suspended quartet Gaston Sirino, Sibusiso Vilakazi, Mosa Lebusa and Hlompho Kekana after they deliberately picked up yellow cards against Bloemfontein Celtic.

"Arrows did the same [undermined us] and they paid for that. We will see on Sunday if those players who picked up the yellow cards will not be missed.

"But we are prepared for any player that Sundowns will field on Sunday."
