Ajax will host Wits at the compact Coetzenburg Stadium in Stellenbosch, having typically entertained at Athlone Stadium and Cape Town Stadium in the past.
“It’s more of a neutral venue now,” De Sa told his club's website.
“Coetzenburg is a small field, but both teams play on the same field.”
The Urban Warriors have a score to settle after losing 2-1 to the Students in their first League game of the season last weekend.
“I think we know pretty much their style of play and the quality of their players,” De Sa said.
“I think they also know our players. There are no real secrets. It’s just about getting out there and doing the best you can on the day.”
However, the former Clever Boys mentor said he would adjust his tactics given the two-legged nature of the tie.
“In this competition, the end of this weekend’s match is only half-time. In a normal cup game you can throw some numbers forward if you are behind, but with these kind of games, you kind of need to just keep it tight at the back.”
