The 19-year-old made his breakthrough in the Sekhukhune first team set up last season, where he racked up two goals and one assist in 16 appearances.
The full-back has now earned himself a move to the reigning league champions and becomes the second defender to join after Kegan Johannes' arrival.
Sundowns' other new signings include Kabomelo Kodisang and Arthur Sales.
