Interestingly enough, according to Healthy Gamer, video games actually play a role in reducing stress and anxiety, it results in dopamine excretion which causes someone to feel good, and can also create a flow state which is similar to meditation.
So, it makes sense as to why De Reuck would opt to play some games after the stresses that come with contributing to Sundowns maintaining their high levels of performance.
