Nasreddine Nabi’s desire to refresh his squad heading into his second season at Kaizer Chiefs has left the club flooded with options of those intending to be signed.
With word swinging in the public that Nabi is keen to reinforce, all means and tactics are being employed by agents hoping to have their clients signed.

Such is the heavy traffic in the club’s inbox that options are being thrown from not only locally but throughout the continent to South America, Europe, and as far as Asia.
The long list of those already offered and placed in the public domain include Sipho Mbule, Thabiso Monyane, Robert Polievka, Ime Okon, Aphiwe Baliti, and Jovan Nikolic, amongst others, while Paseka Mako is said to have already signed.
Crazy is that even Bienvenu Eva Nga has had his name linked with Chiefs, just like Dzenan Zajmovic has been named next to Amakhosi.
Out in the Tanzanian market, the pair of Feisal Salum and Steve Mukwala has been mentioned.
Some have suggested Percy Tau returns to South African to join the Soweto giants, but that will be way too heavy a load for the club to carry considering what he has been earning.
What is known is that Nabi has indicated his interest in bringing in a new goalkeeper, which indicates his lack of belief in those already at the club.
His requests have also slanted to a new right-back, with the same at left-back.
There are no problems with Inacio Miguel and Rushwin Dortley, the duo having arrived last season.
The midfield issues are minimal, but it is the last third where Nabi has made a push for further options, which suggests Tashreeq Morris is genuinely not what the club needs despite only arriving at the beginning of the year.
"It is the madness season for Chiefs, and I can safely say they have already been offered over 100 players.
"Chiefs have not been responding to a lot of these agents and whoever else throwing names in their faces.
"So many tricks are employed this time of the year to get attention of clubs.
"Maybe there is a feeling that Chiefs can still be manipulated considering the mistakes they have made in the recent past.
"How do you offer Chiefs someone who has not been playing?

"If Chiefs are not smart, they will get rejects again and be faced with the same issues.
"Chiefs can pay well when they really want you, so that’s why there is this trend of players being offered to the club," says a contact.
