Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach Khalil Ben Youssef has provided insight into what is happening with Gaston Sirino this season after he had a difficult first season at the club.
Sirino is in his second and final year of his agreement at Chiefs and will do so targeting being handed the opportunity to remain Naturena beyond June 2026.

He made the difference on Tuesday as the side won their third match in a row and will be keen on improving on his 10 goals contributions last season, which came amid what wasn’t always a smooth relationship with Nasreddine Nabi.
All the same, he added another trophy to his impressive collection, which has had him lifting silverware for all the years he has played in the PSL, stretching back to January 2018 when arrived on these shores from Club Bolivar.
"I think Sirino, when we came back in the season, he came back with a very good attitude and really good performance," says Ben Youssef when asked about the Uruguayan-South African.
"We also discussed with him about his idea about what he thinks about this season.
"He is so excited about this season.

"He wants to perform and help the team.
"I have to say congratulations to him and all the players about the attitude and how they perform at training," says Ben Youssef.
