Golden Arrows, who performed below par last season, are said to be nearing the completion of a deal to bring over a Malawian international.
Yankho Sinigo, a 25-year-old midfielder from Nyasa Big Bullets, traveled from Malawi to South Africa on Friday morning where he will be signed subject to medical test.

While not yet officially confirmed, the Durban-based Golden Arrows appear to be getting a great deal, as Bullets are said to have only requested R700,000 for their star player.
Sources indicate that Singo is expected to undergo medical examinations before signing a two-year contract with Golden Arrows.
Reports from Malawi suggest that the official announcement of his departure from Bullets will be made only after Golden Arrows gives the green light, as the Premier Soccer League club prefers to finalize the deal discreetly to avoid media attention.

Singo has been in exceptional form this season, having participated in every match for Bullets prior to the June FIFA international break.
Abafana Bes'thende will be looking to Singo's arrival to enhance their performance following a season in which they struggled against relegation.
