Cape Town City star Khanyiso Mayo stocks up at PUMA store

Cape Town City star Khanyiso Mayo recently went to a PUMA store and got himself three large bags worth of goods. Let's have a look!

Having a boot endorsement deal has its perks as it generally means that a player can go on a shopping spree, collecting some of their favourites items from the brand. We reckon this might have been the case with Eastern Cape-born star Mayo.

Reaping the benefits

Currently one of PUMA's most in-form athletes in the DStv Premiership with two goals and one assist in his last three league matches, according to Transfermarkt, the 23-year-old sure does deserve a bit of retail therapy.

While many would have loved to see what he got himself, whether it's sneakers, jackets or soccer boots, the attacker did not reveal what's in his big brown paper bags, but it's likely that there's different PUMA apparel, whether it's sports or streetwear fashion.

FUTURE Z or Ultra

During the weekend, it was also noted that the former Richards Bay FC star was wearing a slightly older range of PUMA boots, which is quite interesting given that the brand had released their new purple Future Z and Ultra range.

Therefore, it may not surprise some of his fans if he is seen wearing the new pair, that the likes of Thembinkosi Lorch and Themba Zwane have been promoting lately.

Your thoughts, please?

Where on the DStv Premiership table do you think City will finish?
