At the time of the draw of the pan-African club competitions in Cairo last month, the cup had yet to be settled on the Indian Ocean island but they still entered a team, leaving Wits having to wait to find out the identity of their opponents.
But the Confederation of African Football have now confirmed it will be Lightstars, who narrowly beat Northern Dynamo to win the cup.
They triumphed 6-5 on penalties after a 2-2 daw in the final just before Christmas.
It is the first time they will play in the competition and they will be hosting the first leg against Wits on the weekend of February 12-14.
