after hearing the interview of K.Motaung senior last night it made me realize that the problem with going to Africa it's either Bobby or the Coach that don't want to play there ..if Stuart Baxter really SAFA care so much about this guy to lead our football at SAFA ..he won't play 2nd string team when we play in AFRICA coz he will be signing his ticket back to England where he comes from... Imagine those young boys (Masango ,Maluleka ,Lebese ,Moleko Makgatho) what they will experience there like the Pirates players you can see now they don't fear those African players anymore ...

I just hope this time around they won't take the second string team to the tournament like they last year, otherwise it will just be a waste of time.

The experience you will gain from partaking this tournament will grow the players and teach them a lot. Yes its expensive and tough due to conditions you'll be faced with however if it does not kill you it makes you stronger.

Finally KC confirmed, t's a good decision made by KC boss. I would like to wish KC well in this tournament and must represent SA. Pls pls, KC must not dissappoint this time. Although I'm a Pirates fan I would to see what I witnessed when the mighty Bucks takes on Bigafrican teams.

What KAIZER said yesterday make sense, he said champions league in Europe plays during the week so that it mustn't disturb the league. In Africa we play over the weekend and it hurt our league in terms of the game been postponed and the other thing from S A you don't travel straight to Ghana or where ever you need to go to Europe first then to your destination, that is why our players getting tired before the end of the season. In Europe is just 2 to three hours from one place to onother.

Eh! I did announce this a long time ago when Bobby was still saying he'll make a decision. I pointed out that the only reason he has not announced it was because they are still conjuring up excuses for when they get knocked out before the group stages. This team is so predictable they still came up with the same tired excuses. Like the previous years when they participated. Here are the excuses prepared by Bobby when his team gets knocked out:
1. The sour grape excuse "we don't want to win it anyway"
2. The bad treatment excuse "SA teams are mistreated in Africa"
3. The financial excuse "we don't have money to participate in these competitions"
4. The rich club excuse "no we are very rich playing in SA there's no need for us to play in Africa" (note the contradiction between 3 and 4)
5. The local is lekker excuse "we would rather win in SA than in Africa"
Even after "thinking" for months the board has still come up with the same tired excuses. Wait for March next year and the same excuses from them.

I just hope Chiefs will do more than just "participate" in the Champs league. They must compete, for the greater good of SA football.

This is great news for SA football. We need our teams to participate in Africa in order for us to have a Strong national Team. UP the BUCS

I will say this,i am not as tribal as I should be when it comes to club football.I became a Khosi ever since 1980,when I first saw them on our black and white Blaupunkt tv as a 10 year old.I am Khosi through and through. But I will always support PSL clubs in pan African tournaments.I am not expecting the same from opposition fans because that is up to them and honestly,i don't care.Bucs' escapades in Africa stood us well in the past,it has done us well now,Meyiwa was immense in both games for Bafana, his experiences in the Champinos lge certainly helped. It would have been disastrous for Chiefs not to participate in this competition,it might be a pain in the butt, but there is a lot to be gained from it.I hope eligible PSL clubs follow Bucs' example and go or it.

I really don't know what to be gained. DRC Congo has been participating and its team TP Mazembe has been winning the Champions league but when do the country conquers Africa. Same as Tunisia who has two powerful teams every season competing in CAF but they are failing at National level. At National Level, countries like Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria and Ivory Coast just call the cream of crops who play in decent pitch in Europe to come here and beat the hell of us. Which Cameroon team participate in this CAF and do well? The answer is no but at National level, they always qualify and even in the World Cup. Which Algerian team is conquering Africa? None, but when it comes to National level they are always hot. My point is that, playing in such bad conditions does not make u a better team who can beat Holland, Germany, Brazil, Spain and all.
Anyway, welcome Zebras for joining The Mighty Brazilians in this journey. I knew u would as your Chairman said in 2012 that he wants to retire soon but he is waiting yo get a Star first before he retires.

Having four teams in continental competitions is a stride towards a stronger Bafana team. It's time now South African teams give more competition in CCL and CCC. Why not? We have the resources. It's time Mzansi soccer goes back to what it was, playing to win. Not playing for the paycheck or relaxing because you know you're guaranteed a starting berth.
@Bongz # Bucs
Well done this can only improve our game. 4 teams in caf is a good experience
Just stop this nonsense of uncertainty....if u quality just go play
