Boasting one of the best scoring records in the PSL and for Orlando Pirates, Tshegofatso Mabasa's agent Gary Cassisa has opened up on his continued exclusion from the Bafana Bafana squad.
Mabasa has been one of the leading strikers in the country for the past two seasons, in terms of numbers, scoring an incredible 34 goals combined in the last two campaigns.

Even though he has not been the first choice at Pirates this past season, he still managed 15 goals across all tournaments, becoming the side's top scorer.
In fact, Mabasa's incredible two seasons goal-scoring streak has seen him become the second-highest all-time leading goal-scorer at Bucs after surpassing Phumlani Mkhize and the late Lesley Manyathela - both tied on 41 goals.
The left-footed marksman has an overall tally of 46 goals at the club, 13 shy of breaking the all-time scoring record held by Benedict 'Tso' Vilakazi.
Yet, his scoring exploits has not earned him a call-up to Bafana Bafana squads without Mamelodi Sundowns players - one in friendly internationals and another in the COSAFA Cup, announced by head coach Hugo Broos recently.
"Look, at the end of the day, the coach has his own ideas in terms of the players he wants in his squad. He's got his own style of play. It's a difficult one," says Mabasa's agent Cassisa, at a loss for words while speaking exclusively to KickOff.com.
"It's not only Mabasa, there's other players who stood out but have not made the call-up for Bafana. It's a tough one. You can't really tell the coach, 'Hey, you must select our players'.
"But I definitely think he's put in the hard work. Let's look at the facts, look at his stats. Does he deserve a national team call-up? 100 percent.
"But he's also competing against other players who were performing in his position. The coach is in a difficult position because he is under pressure to select from a group of players who have been performing. That's why you see there's a lot debutants in the national team.
