Abdel-Al has become the latest former player of the Red Devils to take aim at Mosimane after Ibrahim Hassan suggested he would be sacked 'after two games' at any other Egyptian club while Ahmed Shobier publically called out his tactical system.
Now the coach of second division side Tanta has mocked the South African to boast of his own alleged ability with Moismane seemingly to reference point of success after his historic achievements in the 2019/20 season.
Speaking on Primo via Channel Ten, the 14-time capped Egypt international said: "I see myself as the best football coach in Egypt and they gave me a team in the Premier League and watched the results that I will achieve.
"Al-Ahly management provides everything for Pitso Mosimane, but if he coaches a team in the second division, he will leave after only one match. Pitso has very limited ability, and he cannot lead a team in the second division."
Mosimane and his Ahly will kickstart their FIFA Club World Cup campaign on Thursday evening against tournament host Al Duhail in Qatar.
