NEW: Ramovic explains shock Young Africans exit

Coach Sead Ramovic has explained why he left Tanzanian Premier League champions Young Africans SC after just 81 days in charge.

The Tanzanian giants announced on Monday that Ramovic and his assistant Mustafa Kodro had mutually agreed to part ways despite taking the role in November.

A couple days later, the Serbian tactician was confirmed as the new head coach of Algerian outfit CR Belouizdad.

"As a coach, you live for moments like this. The decision to leave Yanga wasn't easy, but the best opportunity came, and going to CR Belouizdad is an opportunity that I can't turn down," Ramovic said on interview with Metro FM.

"This league that I've chosen now in Algeria, you play week in and week out against high-quality opposition, and this is what I wanted for myself as a coach.

"Young Africans is the best club in Tanzania; there are really only about three teams that contend for the league in Tanzania, which are Young Africans, Simba SC, and Azam FC.

"My move to CR Belouizdad was based on me challenging myself as a coach and wanting to better myself. It had nothing to do with money or alleged butting of heads with players.

"I made the decision for myself to be in one of the best teams in Africa, but I knew this kind of rubbish talk would come up about why I left Yanga, but I don't care."
