FC Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez launched a scathing analysis of his team following their humiliating exit from the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night.
The Catalan giants lost 3-0 to Bayern Munich this week, but their exit from the competition had already been confirmed prior to the match, after Inter Milan secured a comfortable 4-0 win over FC Viktoria Plzen earlier on Wednesday.

This is the second successive season the Spanish giants have dropped into the UEFA Europa League from the UCL group stage in Xavi's tenure, despite the club going on a spending spree in the most recent transfer window to bring in the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha and Jules Kounde.
According to Javi Blanco of Cadena Ser, the Blaugrana hierarchy budgeted for the season with the expectation of reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League, so their exit from the tournament will hurt them financially.
With their UCL fate now sealed, it is understood the club will lose out on more than €20 million (R360 million) in earnings.
Following their defeat to Julian Nagelsmann's Bavarians, manager Xavi admitted that his team could not compete with the Bundesliga side.
"We were not at Bayern's level today," the 42-year-old said, per ESPN.
"They were better. In Munich we were ourselves, but today they were better, intense.
"The elimination before the game affected us psychologically.
"Now we train again tomorrow and think about LaLiga.
"There were a lot of expectations, but we got a tough group.
"All sorts has happened to us in the group stage. It's been cruel on us, but we did not compete well today.
"I have said that we have to be united, tackle the situation head on.
