The 33-year-old Ivorian international was omitted from the Premier League side's previous European squad that led to a much-publicised spat with City boss Pep Guardiola and the player's agent.
Following a number of games on the sidelines, and an apology, Toure made a successful return to the side, with Guardiola rewarding him, and their exciting new Brazilian signing ahead of their clash with Monaco on February 21.
Ilkay Gundogan was, however, removed from the list as he continues his recovery from a cruciate knee ligament, along with Kelechi Iheanacho.
The Nigerian striker remains available for selection though with his name added to UEFA’s ‘List B’.
The Citizens have been drawn against AS Monaco in their LAst 16 showdown.
