Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has been crowned the 2019/20 UEFA Men's Player of the Year.
Lewandowski walked away with European football's most prestigious award on Thursday evening following a remarkable 2019/20 campaign with Bayern, in which he played a starring role in the club's treble-winning campaign.

The 32-year-old made history by becoming the first player to win the Golden Boot award in the league, cup and European competitions in a single season, which included his tournament-high 15 goals during the Bavarians' Champions League triumph last season.
Elsewhere, VfL Wolfsburg star won the Women's Footballer of the Year award after playing a starring role for the club as they reached the final of the competition, where they were ultimately defeated by Olympique Lyonnais.
