On Monday, the Bianoneri confirmed via their official website that midfielder Simone Muratore had been sold to domestic rivals Atalanta.
"Juventus Football Club announces that an agreement with Atalanta B.C. for the definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player Simone Muratore has been reached for a consideration of €7 million [R135 million] payable in four financial years," the statement read.
"The economic effect is positive for about €6.8 million [R132 million], net of auxiliary expenses."
Muratore is a Juventus academy graduate and made his senior debut for the club in the UEFA Champions League, before making his maiden Serie A appearance during the 4-0 win over Lecce this past weekend.
