At the end of last month, the Bianconeri completed a major deal with Barca for the signature of Brazil international Arthur, which in effect saw Pjanic move in the opposite direction.
Juve manager Maurizio Sarri now appears to be shaking his midfield up even further ahead of next season after being linked with another swap deal, this time for one of his former players.
According to the Metro, Juve have offered Premier League side Chelsea the option of either Aaron Ramsey or Adrien Rabiot in exchange for Jorginho, who played under Sarri during their shared time together at Stamford Bridge.
The report claims further that the Serie A giants would also be willing to consider a loan deal for Jorginho with the option to buy, similar to the agreement reached between the two clubs for Juan Cuadrado in 2015.
