Cristiano Ronaldo's prolific form in front of goal this season has seen manager Maurizio Sarri become the mastermind behind a new Serie A record.

On Monday, Ronaldo netted a brace during the Bianconeri's 2-1 win over Lazio to take his overall tally to 30 goals for the Serie A campaign.

The Portuguese superstar's second goal of the night ensured that Sarri became the first manager in the league's history to manage two different players to the milestone in the competition.

Sarri had previously been in charge of Napoli when Gonzalo Higuain, who is now also at Juve, scored a record-equalling 36 league goals during the 2015/16 campaign.
