Brazil legend Pele lauds Cristiano Ronaldo after Serie A triumph

The Bianconeri were crowned Serie A champions for a ninth consecutive season on Sunday after a Ronaldo-inspired performance earned the club a 2-0 win over Sampdoria.

Following the encounter, in which the Portugal international scored his 31st goal for the league campaign, legendary Brazil forward Pele took to social media to praise him and his teammates for their success.

There are two matches remaining for the Serie A campaign, and Ronaldo and Juventus will also be in action again next month when they meet Olympique Lyon for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie.
