Barcelona Xavi Hernandez says Paris Saint-Germain star Lionel Messi will always be welcomed at the Camp Nou.
Messi ended his 21-year stay at Barcelona last year after the club were unable to re-sign him due to their publicised financial issues.
The Argentine went on to join Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer, but has not enjoyed the same form he usually does after bagging just seven goals all seasom.
Xavi did not want to get into any rumours about Messi, but did revealed the doors will always be open for him.

"[Messi] is the greatest of all time and he will always have the door open for him at Barca," Xavi told reporters, as per Goal.
"As long as I am Barca coach, he is welcome any day. I think we owe him a big tribute.
"I think that as he is under contract with PSG, there is not much we can say. But if he wants to he can come to watch training and speak to the coach. What he has given us is priceless.
