Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola reached an incredible landmark on Wednesday night, smashing a managerial record previously held by Jose Mourinho in the process.
The Citizens secured a 3-0 victory over Brighton Hove Albion on Wednesday, with Riyad Mahrez, Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva all getting on the scoresheet.
This win was a special one for Guardiola as it was his 250th as City manager, in just 344 matches.
The Spaniard reached the milestone quicker than any other manager in EPL history, eclipsing previous record-holder Mourinho, who reached the feat in 396 matches, according to City's official website.

Since the 51-year-old arrived at the Etihad in 2016, City have scored an impressive 835 goals in 344 fixtures, with the manager leading his side to 10 trophies in that time.
Their latest win took the Manchester club back to the top of the table as they chase their fourth Premier League title in five seasons.
Following their victory over Graham Potter's Seagulls, Guardiola spoke about the match and the title race his club is currently leading.

"It happened three years ago when we won 14 games in a row to be champion," the former FC Barcelona boss said in a post-match press conference, per City's official website.
"That feeling is there. If we win all the games, we will be the champions. If we drop points, we won't.
"Today we came back against a side who won away against Tottenham and Arsenal.
"They are a quality team, with a system and set up really well. We were so aggressive and we had contact with Kevin [De Bruyne] and we could run.
"We were patient and in the second half we found a goal.

"I don't think the first half and second half were too different, but we found a goal in the second half.
"Now three more days and Watford."
