Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola claims domestic treble tougher than UEFA Champions League triumph

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola claims it's much tougher to win the domestic treble than it is to win the UEFA Champions League.

The Citizens became the first men's side in English football to win the Premier League, FA Cup and League following their 6-0 thumping of Watford in the cup final.

The Spaniard has won a treble during his first season with FC Barcelona, and he put this season's treble-winning campaign as one of the best campaigns in his career.

"It's one of the best seasons I have experienced as a manager," Guardiola was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
