Ex-Sundowns coach lands new club in Tanzania

A former Mamelodi Sundowns coach has landed a new job in the Tanzanian Premier League ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Miguel Gamondi was a free agent following the decision to part ways with Libyan team Al-Nasr SC after taking charge of just five matches.

The Argentine tactician has returned to Tanzania after being unveiled by Singida Black Stars.

“We are happy to introduce Miguel Gamondi as the head coach of our team on a one-year contract,“ reads a statement from the club, as per Pan African Football.

“Meanwhile, Coach David Ouma and Coach Moussa N’Daw will be assistant coaches.

“These changes to the Technical Bench have been made by the Club Board of Directors ahead of the new competition season 2025/2026.”
