Former Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies coach Jerry Tshabalala has been linked with a move to a Moroccan women's football club.
Tshabalala was placed on special leave by the Tshwane-based club in December 2024 following serious allegations of improper conduct.

The accusations, which include sexual harassment and emotional abuse directed at his players, prompted Sundowns to announce that they are launching an internal investigation.
At this point, no official update has been provided, suggesting the inquiry is still ongoing. The coach has been a central figure in South African women’s football, having led the Downs since 2012.
Under his leadership, the team achieved significant success, including two CAF Women’s Champions League titles and dominance in the Hollywoodbets Super League.
Despite being under investigation, recent reports from Morocco suggest that Tshabalala has been appointed as the new head coach of Sporting Casablanca.
According to Sport7, he is set to take charge of the team ahead of the upcoming season, which begins on September 14, 2025.

Casablanca recently parted ways with head coach Mehdi Bouabidi, creating an opening at the helm of the club. If the reports are accurate, Tshabalala is expected to join the team in the coming weeks.
KickOff reached out to Downs' communications manager, Shupi Nkgadima for a comment regarding Tshabalala's alleged move to Morocco, but no response was received by the time of publishing this article.
