The Sky Blues have already landed in South Africa as they prepare for the first leg and now their country's government is doing anything possible to help them make their country proud.

According to reports from Egypt, Ashraf Sobhi, the Minister of Youth and Sports will organize a number of fans to support the team over both two legs.

Pyramids, who are said to have been established in 2008 as Al Assiouty Sport, and bought by new owners in 2018, is amongst clubs that have a lower number of fans in the Egyptian Premier League.

However, the Egyptian government has stood up to rally behind them ahead of a tough assignment against the one-time Champions League winners Sundowns.

"Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, has given all necessary instructions to ensure Pyramids FC's full support in the African final,"  the spokesperson for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Mohamed El-Shazly said on On Sport radio, per Elaosboa.
