The 23-year-old has already been reported to be training with Orlando Pirates with a view to signing on the dotted line with last season's league runners-up.
The Rockets are yet to announce their new acquisitions ahead of the upcoming campaign, which is set to have its first whistle on August 1.
According to club chairman Tim Sukazi, Seema wrote a letter to the club and requested his clearance.
“It was a mutual agreement. He was still contracted to us. He asked to be released due to a lack of game-time and was handed his clearance,” Sukazi confirmed to KickOff.com.
The side finished the Betway Premiership season in fifth position during the 2024/5 and are set to visit Sekhukhune United in the MTN8 during the first weekend of August.
Furthermore, Sukazi revealed his club is still finalizing dates of the unveiling of their new recruits in Mpumalanga.

He scored 11 goals in 28 appearances last term.
