Msibi has joined Spurs as a free agent after being released by SuperSport United, having spent last season on loan at Cape Town All Stars.
The 21-year-old is set to start training with the Mpumalanga-based outfit on Friday, according to a source close to the player.
"Dumisani Msibi has left SuperSport United to join Witbank Spurs," says the source.
"He is due to start training with his new club tomorrow."
