REPORT: Orlando Pirates to land Stephen Keshi

The Buccaneers are reportedly looking to replace Eric Tinkler, who admitted that he was unsure of what the future holds.

Keshi has been linked to the job, along with Bidvest Wits’ Gavin Hunt, but according to a Nigerian website, the former Super Eagles boss is set to take over.

“I can confirm to you that yesterday evening Keshi received a call from a high placed staff of Orlando Pirates congratulating him on the job; all things been equal it will be wrapped up before the end of this week,” a source reportedly told Owngoalnigeria.com.

Keshi is one of only two people to have won the Africa Cup of Nations as a player and a coach.
