Former Baroka FC winger Richard Matloga is making an impression at Golden Arrows

The 28-year-old was part of the recent exodus of players at Baroka, saw the likes of Mpho Kgaswane, Toriq Losper, Bheki Malibe, Thabo Moseki, Charles Molapo, Husein Shabani and Zama Dlamini being shown the door.

Matloga played seven games in all competitions for Bakgaga this season before he was shown the door.

Matloga has been with Arrows for about two weeks and a decision on whether or not to sign will be made soon.

Arrows assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi said: “Yeah, he is still here and he is doing well. But a decision on whether he will sign will be taken above, but according to my standard and interpretation he is doing well.”

Arrows come from a confidence boosting victory over Highlands Park during the past weekend and will be looking to make it another three points on home soil when they take on SuperSport United on Sunday.
